Intellectual Property

The systems, including programs, documents, user guides and other branded information on the Sites are owned by and are the property of Blue Canvas and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.  You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, license, create derivative works, or otherwise use any information available on or through this Site for commercial or public purposes unless expressly authorized by Blue Canvas.  You may not use any trademarks, logos or service marks appearing on the Sites (the "Marks") for any purpose without the prior written consent of Blue Canvas or the third party that owns the Mark(s).


To protect you, Blue Canvas encrypts data that is transmitted to and from the Site.  You are responsible for maintaining the security of the password that is assigned to you by the company payroll administrator, user identification or other form of protection to protect access to the Site, including your personally identifiable information.  Failure to take such steps constitutes a breach of security and may result in the suspension of your access to the Site.
